Complete Range of Surface Sanding Solutions At our booth we show all the relevant sanding technologies for each application imaginable. As usual, the machines are plugged in and ready for testing. The technologies exhibited range from classic two-unit joinery wide belt sanders to our patented oblique sanding technology, the high gloss cross belt unit, brushes and texturing solutions, our carousel brush unit and even bottom/top sanders. There will also be a special model for timber construction purposes.

Uniq Edge Sanders The Uniq model range offers a wide range of practice-oriented features: It has a heavy cast iron working table on one side for solid wood sanding, along with a similar one on the other side for veneer sanding, they can be used simultaneously. The height adjustment and the tilting (up to 45°) of the sanding unit assembly are motorized and no adjustment of the working tables is required. To ensure perfectly even use of the sanding belt, the unit has an oscillation stroke of 90 mm (3.5 inch). The Model S has an additional upper conveyor belt perfect for workpiece support and/or batch production. The Model Uniq-S L (Lacquer) is a high end solution for lacquer edge sanding.

Heavy Industrial Sander One of our exhibition highlights is a sander from our Technic Industry model range. The top-sanding/bottom-brushing machine was built by order of the world’s biggest furniture producer. It is designed to handle extreme conveyor speeds of 50 m/min in a 24/7 three shift operation.

Kündig Perfect The Future is now! With their new Perfect model range, Kündig is two steps ahead of the constantly changing interior design branch. Behind the modern design lies a multitude of innovations in sanding technology, which in combination exceed even the highest demands in terms of surface quality. The control unit, which has been developed from scratch, makes sanding even easier and more intuitive. All our models are suitable for integration into any relevant control system and are therefore fully capable of industry 4.0. Of course, the Perfect is completely modular and can be equipped with a large selection of sanding units and options.
